TRX Training
TRX is a suspension training device developed by Navy seals devised to be used anywhere. It’s appeal is that clients are encouraged to use their own body weight for and core strength through a series of movements that will develop both strength, balance and flexibility. The device allows clients to push, pull, squat and lunge while performing arm movements simultaneously.
The draw of TRX’s use in the Pilates, Fitness & Therapeutics studio is functional for both personal training clients as well as those in post-rehabilitation programs to our golfers too. The wide range of exercises make the TRX fun to use and programming fresh.
